Specialist Pricing & Quotation Management (m/f/d)

You process and prioritize incoming price requests.

You will check if all necessary information is available for a loadable calculation.

You declare missing prices, quantities or other information proactively with the areas involved.

You calculate sales prices based on purchase prices, quantities, reference prices and internal specifications.

You create complete and comprehensible customer offers.

You keep in mind open enquiries and make sure that You are processed consistently until the result.

At open points, you agree directly with sales, purchasing, customer service and controlling.

You recognize recurring causes of delays or errors and introduce concrete suggestions for improvement.

You help make our pricing and offer process faster, more transparent and reliable.

A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.

Professional experience, for example, in pricing, supply management, sales services, sales operations, wholesale and foreign trade or in a comparable B2B environment.

A good numerical understanding and security in dealing with prices, margins and calculations.

A secure handling of Excel and the willingness to work quickly into our systems and processes.

The ability to review multiple requests at the same time and to prioritize them in a meaningful way.

A careful and accurate operation with a high quality standard.

Own initiative and liability: You take responsibility to the result and take care of the issues going on.

Interdisciplinary thinking and a clear look for the best overall solution for HC.

Joy in questioning existing processes and finding better solutions.

Experience with medical devices or in the healthcare sector is advantageous, but no requirement.

You take responsibility for an area that has direct influence on our sales and our customers.

You work with short decisions and in direct coordination with the areas involved.
