A day in life: Application in membrane production Head of Process Engineering Team for the Production of Oxygenation Membranes Structured management of the team resources to clearly prioritise and ensure production, process engineering and product qualifications Optimization and further development of existing production processes and technologies to ensure the highest product quality and reasonable costs at 100% delivery service with a “Can do” mentality supervision of qualification, validation and introduction of new raw materials, products and processes Planning, management and implementation of projects with the team Conducting Root Cause Analyses and Structured Problem Solution as well as deep process analysis to detect and implement performance, quality and yield improvement Development of the team, processes and strategic orientation of technical development Cross-functional contact for internal interfaces in the international network

The key to success: Master/Diplom-Studium in Process Engineering Professional experience in the production environment for the production and operation of membranes from polymeric raw materials (spinning processes / polymer chemistry / plastics) Good analytical skills and structured, independent working Outstanding statistics Knowledge Experiences in the field of project management and process optimization with statistical process analysis including Lean Six Sigma knowledge (GB / BB certification) Guide experience combined with the relevant softskills Impressed communication skills, team skills and persuasion and enforcement Very good knowledge of German and English
