You work closely with other central and local IT departments to develop comprehensive solutions and efficiently process complex disruptions.

Personality: service-oriented, patient, strong communication and a pragmatic problem solver with a high sense of responsibility. Operation: independent, conscientious, structured and reliable. Experiences and know-how: IT support experience, Windows operating systems and common software (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure). Ideally basic knowledge in the areas of network (TCP/IP, DHCP), Linux and Active Directory. Languages: good German and English skills in word and writing. Education: A completed training in IT (e.g. as a specialist in system integration) or a comparable qualification is desirable but not necessary.
