Information Security Officer

Development and monitoring of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) Care and development of guidelines, standards and control measures Monitoring the implementation of information security requirements in the 1st line Implementation of independent risk and control assessments Assessment of identified non-conformities and derivation of measures Compilation of regular reporting and KPI-based evaluations Coordination of internal and external audits (e.g. ISO 27001, regulatory audits) Cooperation on the international Harmo­nisation of the ISMS Framework Coordination of security-relevant issues with international stakeholders Conception and implementation of security measures for different target groups

Completed studies in the field (activity) infor­mation or comparable qualifications Knowledge of ISO 27001, BSI-Grundschutz and/or NIST Experience with regulatory requirements (e.g. MaRisk, DORA) desirable Experience in Information Security Management or other relevant control functions Analytical thinking as well as strong team and communication skills Ability to prepare complex characteristics clearly, accurately and addressably Self-responsible, structured and solution-oriented mode of work Current knowledge of German and English (C1) Willingness to cooperate in an international environment No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
