Technical and organizational management of maintenance cleaning, glass cleaning, and basic and special cleaning Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Guidance and further development of the object lines and of the assigned personnel Perception and execution of customer appointments – independent or together with the responsible object management (new)structuring of objects as well as planning and implementation of new objects Ensuring and continuous optimization of quality, service and safety standards Monitoring and further development of operational and organisational processes Takeover of operational and personnel planning (excluding cleaning staff in maintenance cleaning) Close cooperation with the management on the strategic development of the area

Complete training in the building cleaner craft, ideally with master certificate or comparable qualification Multiannual management experience in building cleaning A dedicated personality who wants to advance the company and is willing to take responsibility High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and enforcement Organisational skills, communication strength and safe occurrence possession of a valid driving licence
