Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the development department LYNX Programs Taxes of the respective customer-specific technical order processing of the Lynx portfolio Implementation of all development services according to the development and project manual Operational implementation of the contractually specified product configurations Introduction of cross-departmental technical voting (external / internal) Development of management plans and schedules of the respective projects Integrating subcontractors to fulfill orders Reporting to the field manager LYNX appointment, capacity and budget control at department level Conducting regular department meetings Participation in the technical supply creation under the direction of the technical product department Close cooperation with the technical product department LYNX Close cooperation with LYNX product and program management

Completed (specialized) university studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle construction, aerospace or comparable Analytical and overall system thinking Certified project management competence (e.g. PMP or IPMA) More than 5 years of experience in conducting technical projects More than 5 years of experience in the leadership of functional teams Knowledge of tools such as MS Office, Doors, Confluence, Tool2Plan and JIRA Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Outstanding sense of responsibility and social competence Very good communication skills, empathy and the ability of conflict resolution Self-organized and problem-solving operation Standing for occasional national and international missions
