In the field of live simulation, we enable a digital and realistic battle training without shooting sharp ammunition. With laser-based systems in the field and a complex radio and IT infrastructure in the headquarters, we enable an immediate and detailed evaluation of the training performance with our LEGATUS system. Other tasks are: Creation of concepts for systems and subsystems in complex projects Implementation of technical management in the context of supply processing and system development Creation of specifications, scales and schedules Technical offer presentation at local customers Technical leadership of the technical development team Technical reviews and audits Risk Management Creation of technical decision templates (including make or buy)

Complete study of electrical engineering or mechatronics Long-standing experience in Systems Engineering at System-of-Systems level Experience with military systems and military end customers desirable Knowledge of laser-based measurement methods and laser measurement technology Knowledge of code transfer methods via laser Knowledge of weapons systems, vehicle-based data interfaces and other vehicles Knowledge of the production transfer of components from development to series suppliers Remarkable: System knowledge of the implementation of ballistic weapons simulation methods, unguided rockets and steering arms, luminance mirrors Solution-oriented operation and communication skills English knowledge in word and writing Global readiness
