Team Assistant to the Management (m/w/d)

For an established banking service provider in Oldenburg, we are looking for you as a team assistant for the management (m/w/d) in direct placement, i.e. with a permanent appointment directly with our customer.

You support day-to-day management assistance You perform classic assistance and administrative tasks such as scheduling, document management and correspondence You coordinate meetings and prepare documents and presentations You carry out research, support internal processes and take care of special tasks You make sure that information is passed on and documented reliably and structured

A completed commercial training, e.g. a merchant for office management, office communication, etc. First experience in an assistance function or administrative area Organizational design, structured working and a view for details Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) Discretion, ownership and team capacity
