// ON UNS The city of Renningen is a carrier of 11 kindergartens, 4 children's cribs, 2 schoolchildcare and 1 play group. More than 235 pedagogical professionals, trainees, FSJler, integration, language support and representation staff work daily in multi-professional teams to give all children a loving hold, security and warmth of heart. Scope: Full and part-time | Remuneration: by TVöD at the start of training on 01.09.2027 The practice-integrated training offers you the opportunity to complete a recognized training course and to gain professional experience at the same time.

Varied tasks: You accompany children in Kita everyday, play, craft, discover and learn together with them. Combining practice and theory: You learn at the technical school and can apply the learned directly in practice. Bringing your own ideas: you can develop your own offers and projects and actively shape everyday life. accompanying children in their development: You learn to promote children individually, to recognize their strengths and to support them on their way to more self-employment. A strong team: you work with experienced pedagogical professionals and are guided step by step to your tasks. Personally grow: you develop your own skills, take responsibility and learn to safely master educational situations. Many different experiences: You will get to know different children, age groups, educational approaches and facilities.

You have a real school degree, a professional qualification or an equivalent degree of education and additionally meet one of the following requirements: completed training as a nurse or comparable relevant training; Higher education or training with a six-week internship in a social education institution, at least two years of relevant activity in a social education institution; at least two years of vocational training with a six-week internship in a social education institution; or at least three years of management of a family budget with at least one child with a six-week internship in a social educational institution.

You enjoy working with children and interest in accompanying them in their development. You are sensitive, patient and reliable and are open to children and their families. You like to work in the team, are communication-friendly and willing to take responsibility. You are curious and ready to learn and want to introduce your own ideas into the Kita everyday. You can adapt to different situations and people and meet others with value and respect.

It expects a varied training, where you will be professionally accompanied by qualified and experienced practical instructors. You are actively supported at your work in the team and in cooperation with the parents. You will be given the opportunity to introduce your own ideas and to take projects independently. You will receive a training allowance according to the provisions of the TVöD. We support you in creating your specialist work. If you have children yourself, we can provide you with a place of care for your child or Offer your children. For your work, you will receive an ÖPNV grant and a financial grant when buying a bicycle. We will be happy to help you find a suitable apartment. .
