QA Engineer Plant Compliance – Chicken (m/f/d)

You support McDonald's, OSI Commercial and OSI production sites in all quality related topics related to Chicken products You are responsible for FSQA data management and secure data integrity in the McDonald's systems You analyze quality data on chicken products, including NPR-FO, complaints, quality maps and defects You monitor and process KPI, NPR-FO and other reports including root cause analysis and verification You train and support the QA teams of the markets in OSI processes and production processes for Chicken products You strengthen cooperation with local markets and participate in QA Calibration Days You create and care quality maps and perform product sensory evaluations You work in various ad hoc teams and perform further tasks in coordination with His leadership You work closely with the Chicken locations, McDonald's Markets, Commercial and the FSQA and Zone QA teams Your activity takes place both in the office, in production and remote, with a travel activity of up to 30%
