BLO/130194 You take over the strategic and operational management of the areas of quality management, quality assurance and quality control You are responsible for the further development and optimization of quality management systems You prepare internal and external audits and conduct them through (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001) Ensure compliance and optimization of our quality processes along the entire supply chain You act as quality and environmental management officers and ensure compliance with legal and normative requirements You lead and develop a team consisting of more than 15 employees and promote their professional and personal development You work closely with the management and report regularly on the results and progress

You have completed technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering) or a comparable qualification You have at least 5 years of professional and leadership experience in quality management You bring sound knowledge of quality methods and standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001) You know the English language safely in word and writing You are convinced by your communication strength, decision-making and team capacity You act independently, responsibly and think entrepreneur You are ready to travel occasionally to support our international locations
