Support for sales management: cooperation and support of the DACH team sales management in administrative, organisational and operational tasks in Germany, Austria and Switzerland Event organisation: Planning, organisation and refurbishment of smaller events such as meetings, customer events and sales-related events Organisation and planning of internal sales meetings: preparation, coordination and preparation of internal sales meetings, including preparation of the agenda and protocol management Travel cost accounting: compilation and verification of travel cost accounting for the sales management and own travel in compliance with company policies Maintenance of supplier master files and orders in SAP: maintenance and updating of supplier data and creation and processing of orders

You have a commercial training degree (e.g. industrial businessman, forwarding businessman, bank businessman (m/w/d)) You have fluent German and ideally good English skills You have basic knowledge in SAP HANA and good knowledge in SAP BW You are highly convincing, entrepreneurial thinking, communicative and like to work in the team
