Commercial Employee / Route Purchasing & Tenders (m/f/d)

We are the specialists for multi-way beverage logistics and coordinate the nationwide supply of around 5,500 retail customers. We are the central contact person for the entire ordering, delivery and billing process and consequently use all EDI procedures. You support the organisation and implementation of the call for tenders in the area of multi-use drinks. You pick up offers and help in negotiations with our suppliers. You support the optimization of existing processes. You will create documents for the negotiations. You act as contact persons for our customers and suppliers.

You have completed training in the field of office management, wholesale and foreign trade, or comparable qualifications, and at best bring knowledge in the wholesale trade of beverages or logistics. You have a high affinity and understanding of numbers, their care and preparation. You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working. You have good user knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and possibly also PowerPoint. You are communicative, like to work in the team and also keep an overview in stressful phases.
