Structured, data-based design and monitoring of KPIs as well as risk indicators, including the analysis of large amounts of data (e.g. POS or inventory data), to identify risks in operational business and to derive concrete action. Risk-oriented processing, analysis and interpretation of process and transaction data, identifying vulnerabilities, vulnerabilities and potential sources of loss in asset protection as well as store operations. Supporting planning, implementation and further development of Store Audits, based on data-based insights, focusing on prevention, efficiency enhancement, and continuous improvement of the control landscape. Participation in the further development of risk-based control systems, including documentation, derivation of concrete measures and punctual on-site support in assisted regions as required. Close interdisciplinary cooperation with relevant disciplines, including management presentations, to embed audit and risk topics in existing business processes and to promote a company-wide risk and protection culture.

Professional experience in asset protection, store audits, process audits and risk management, ideally within corporate structures and in the international environment – preferably in retail and risk management. Retail sector. Understanding data analysis and modern data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI and KNIME) as well as ideally first knowledge or strong interest in using artificial intelligence for risk detection and process optimization. Ability to fully understand, analyze and improve complex business processes – including experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP) and other retail-specific tools. High competence in identifying and evaluating risks, in particular in connection with business activities and changes in the business environment. Impressed communication and presentation capability, with the ability to present results and recommendations address-oriented and convincing – especially in relation to management. Ready for occasional travel, as required, to support on-site audit and risk management tasks in the assisted regions.
