As Junior Account Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the distribution of standard products, catalog solutions and add-ons to business customers: in stock as well as to new customers (acquisition); in the beginning, in support of a (senior) account manager and later in a permanently assigned sales area. You secure a high presence and effectively promote your sales area to promote a strong bond of customers to Vodafone. You analyze the sales area and qualify customer contacts, identify new customer potentials and tap existing customer potential while reducing the churn rate. You conduct customer needs analysis and take into account competitive conditions such as price analyses and complementary requirements. You agree to appointments, conduct sales visits, start offerings, follow them, conclude contracts, execute successes or failures, and engage customers also after completion. If necessary, you can also support the (Senior) account manager:in and the sales manager:in the customer recovery.
