As HR Business Manager (m/w/x) you will advise managers of different levels on HR topics and implement business requirements in HR solutions. They are responsible for implementing HR strategy concepts in the support sector, e.g. organisation & personnel development, and are involved in group- or sector-wide topics. Staff development measures, the promotion and further development of corporate culture in close cooperation with the executives and the further development of the executives themselves are also important components of your area of responsibility.

In addition, you will accompany and support the necessary changes in the business unit.

They work with the functional teams within Corporate HR on various topics such as recruiting, personnel development and working conditions and plan, organize and manage typical HR projects.

On the basis of constructive and trusting cooperation with the works council, prepare business arrangements and support negotiations with the works council.

A successfully completed study of Business Administration, Law or Social Sciences

Founded professional experience in operating HR functions in globally established companies in the production environment and first experience in the management and implementation of HR topics at eye level with several leadership levels

Good knowledge of labour law and collective agreements Metal/electrical industry Baden Württemberg as well as proven experience in work with works council bodies in the context of IG Metall

Independent, structured, reliable and solution-oriented mode of operation, hands-on mentality and flexibility

High consulting skills, empathy, enforcement skills and negotiation skills

very good communication skills in German and English
