Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

As a senior payroll / payroll (m/w/d) you take a central role within our payroll team and, together with Laura, our lead payroll, you are responsible for the payroll for Arsipa Holding as well as our over 20 subsidiaries. Together with the Payroll team, you will ensure that our payroll bill is carried out reliably, legally and efficiently for more than 1,000 employees and that our payroll processes continue to develop. We need your support for that!

Your tasks

Payroll & Payments: Own implementation of the monthly pay bill for defined companies within the Arsipa group with DATEV wage & salary.

Ensuring a timely, correct and law-compliant pay bill for Arsipa Holding and our over 20 subsidiaries.

Processing of tax, social insurance and billing-relevant questions.

Creation of certificates, notifications and other payroll-relevant evaluations and documents.

Payroll Operations & Co-operation: Contact person for employees, executives and our colleagues from People Operations in all payroll issues.

Communication and coordination with health insurance funds, social security institutions, authorities and other external bodies.

Close cooperation with Laura, our Lead Payroll, and colleagues within our Payroll and People team.

Support for cross-company payroll issues within our group.

Processes, digitalization & harmonisation: Active participation in the further development and harmonisation of our payroll processes across the entire group of companies.

Identification and implementation of optimization potentials within existing payroll processes.

Participation in digitalization projects as well as the further development of our payroll system landscape with DATEV pay & salary and personio.

Support in building scalable payroll structures within a growing group of companies.

Your starting conditions

That's what you bring: Multiannual professional experience in independent pay billing as well as sound knowledge in wage tax, social security and labour law as well as practical experience with DATEV wage & salary as well as safe handling of digital payroll processes.

A successfully completed commercial training, ideally with a further education in the area of wage and salary billing, personnel specialist merchants or a comparable qualification.

A structured, self-responsive and careful way of working and a high quality awareness.

Impressed service orientation and joy in working with employees, executives and internal departments. You can communicate in German.

This helps you to succeed faster: Experiences with personio or comparable HR systems are advantageous.

Experiences in the harmonisation, standardization or digitization of payroll processes are desirable.

An understanding of multi-entity, buy-&-building or dynamically growing corporate structures is helpful.

Experiences in cooperation with several companies and different internal and external stakeholders are of advantage.
