Ensuring system readiness (Windows Server 2019, Windows 10/11, Microsoft Active Directory, Hyper-V) Proactive monitoring, analysis and elimination of vulnerabilities in the system landscape (PRTG, Tanium) Software deployment and patch management for clients and servers (Ivanti DSM / Tanium) 2nd level support in close cooperation with various support partners Project coordination and implementation of own and cross-sector projects Analysis, assessment and continuous development of the market infrastructure in compliance with current IT security standards (e.g. CIS) Management of Output Management (Printer Server, Fleet Management)

A completed vocational training, e.g. as a specialist informant (m/w/d) or a study in the field of (economic) informatics Reliable experience in a similar position Very good IT skills in the Microsoft environment, basic knowledge in the field of network technology and affinity for IT security topics Routined handling of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune Experience in hybrid cloud environments and mobile device management Expertise in project coordination and implementation High sense of responsibility, good communication skills, structured work and a quick understanding German language skills in word and writing
