What we plan together: As part of the Strategy & Inhouse Consulting Team, we are working on the most important strategic issues of REWE Group and are actively driving forward the future of one of the largest trading companies in Europe.

We are responsible for a diverse project portfolio in food retail with a focus on REWE and PENNY sales lines – the core business of REWE Group. We design and implement strategic initiatives, such as the development of market concepts, the realignment of assortments or the transformation of business models.

In close cooperation with our departments we develop concrete solutions, create visible changes and achieve sustainable results with measurable impact.

What you do with us: Designing cooperation: Together with the team, you create your own work strands or subprojects and take responsibility for their successful implementation. Bringing together stakeholders from REWE Group, hosting workshops with the disciplines and ensuring a sustainable knowledge transfer.

Make strategy tangible: Together with the team, you will prepare results for decision-makers:in REWE Group, you will present and discuss them within the project team.

Analysis meets Impact: With data-driven analyses, you support sound strategic decisions in close cooperation with project management and specialist areas.

Constant further development: Through regular feedback, Sparring in the team and targeted training, you are constantly developing your consulting skills.

Promote development: You support and accompany junior team members in their development and gain first experience in professional leadership.

Keep thinking about trading: step by step, you build sound trading knowledge and support internal initiatives to further develop the department.

Your background: A very well-established master's degree program as well as first relevant practical experience, e.g. through internships or work students' activities in management consulting, strategy, project work or in trade. Experience in trade is advantageous, but not necessarily necessary.

Your consulting craftsmanship: Good PowerPoint and Excel skills, combined with a structured, analytical and practical and solution-oriented way of working.

Your further development: openness to new topics and project constellations as well as the need to develop professionally and personally.

In the best case, you also have very good English skills in both informal exchange and business context.
