SAP Basis Administrator (m/f/d)

You enter SAP systems and SAP system landscapes and secure the continuous and high-availability control operation operationally in an outside of your standardized SAP base environment. You analyse unclear requirements and design solutions proposals provide new services and systems and integrate new requirements into challenging SAP system landscapes. You use new technologies and tools such as SAP HANA, Solution Manager or cloud integration solutions to optimally operate and develop the SAP systems. You take over the technical control and coordination of internal and external partners as part of the SAP-based operation and ensure that all stakeholders are informed to ensure operational safety and further development of the SAP landscape. You define requirements for our SAP systems and processes that arise from ongoing operations and quality assurance, and conduct necessary optimization measures. Your focus is on improving system availability, performance and security. You plan and implement IT projects in the SAP base environment and, if necessary, take over the management of subprojects, such as system migrations on SAP HANA, upgrades or the introduction of new SAP modules. You coordinate the technical requirements and ensure the timely implementation. You're working on troubles in challenging SAP system landscapes in 2nd and 3rd level support.

You have a successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification. You bring at least 2-3 years of professional experience as an SAP system administrator*in. You have well-founded knowledge in the field of SAP basic administration, especially in SAP S/4, SAP ERP, SAP ISU, etc. You have good knowledge of DB2 administration and ideally experience in SAP HANA administration. You have profound experience in dealing with current SAP technologies such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Data Warehouse Cloud and SAP FIORI. You are characterized by a pronounced solution and target orientation and are proactively addressing challenges to develop efficient and sustainable solutions. You have excellent organizational skills and work highly efficiently by structuring tasks, setting priorities and continuously opting for work processes. You have an excellent communication and customer orientation: You go to the needs of the customers, communicate clearly and offer competent and solution-oriented advice at any time. You communicate clearly and convincingly, adapt your messages to different target groups and promote an open and constructive exchange through your communicative competence. You master German and English both in word and in writing at a very good level.
