Commissioning & Examination: Provision of spare parts from different storage locations according to ERP orders and the professional inspection of mechanical components. Packaging & Shipping: Secure packaging of parts and creating all shipping and export documents for domestic and foreign countries. System-side settlement: implementation of inventory, correction and reservation bookings in the ERP system as well as active triggering of needs in the event of missing parts. Logistics Management: Provision of shipments for collection, allocation of shipping documents and proactive tracking of delivery dates in coordination with internal departments. Working hours (Attractive weekend model): Enjoy planning security and a long weekend Monday – Thursday: 06:00 – 14:30 Friday: 06:00 – 12:00
Qualification: Complete training in the field of warehouse logistics (e.g. specialist in warehouse logistics) or comparable training with technical understanding.
