Our Capital Projects department is responsible for construction and investment projects throughout Germany. We provide comprehensive services in all relevant structures in the areas of construction and technical building equipment in data centers. In the context of construction measures in stock, we provide everything from one source from planning to execution.

Our core competence lies in real estate with critical infrastructure. We plan, build, build, build, maintain and modernise the technical facilities in the building – and that during operation without downtime. You are responsible for the planning and implementation of new, refurbishment and rehabilitation measures according to HOAI and have dates, costs and quality in mind You are meaningful in the key figures of the project budgets as well as the services provided and can thus control the team You take over the perception of the client's tasks and ensure compliance with statutory provisions of building law, DIN and VDI standards and fire protection regulations You are responsible for creating performance directories, price levels, as well as the provision and billing with all necessary documents You coordinate all internal and external project participants and ensure smooth cooperation between all stakeholders You take over the technical support in projects and are the project-related contact person for our customers You promote the further development of our business unit Interest awakened?
