As part of our MarTech team, you make sure that we have the best possible data quality in our shops and brands such as Sparhandy, HIGH Mobile & Co. Your focus: web analysis & tracking – from implementation to custom scripts to the strategic development of our setup.

Strategic responsibility: You take the strategic responsibility for a future-oriented tracking setup with first-party data Care & development: You take care and further development of our tracking setup Development of tracking scripts: You develop your own JavaScript tracking scripts for consistent data acquisition across different systems Implementation & Optimization: You implement innovations and optimize our Google Marketing Platform Setup together with our performance marketing team Tracking Challenge Solutions: You solve pragmatically our tracking challenges in a heterogeneous tech stack (React-Frontend with Spryker, PHP-Legacy, Webflow prototypes) Testing: You are driving the topic A/B testing analytically with UX & Development to increase conversion and sales Cooperation: You work closely with Marketing and UX and are a real team player building bridges between Tech & Business

Qualification: You have an education or study with a technical or analytical focus (e.g. computer science, business informatics, digital analytics) Experience: You bring multi-year professional experience in web analysis, tracking or day management Expertise: You have very good knowledge in Google Tag Manager, Google Marketing Platform and Floodlight JavaScript Skill: You have a very good JavaScript expertise to implement individual tracking solutions across different systems Analytical thinking: A high demand for clean data quality and analytical thinking characterize you Strategic Mindset: With first-party data and future-proof tracking solutions you have a strategic mindset Creamed up sleeves: You stand for a solution-oriented and pragmatic working with hands-on mentality Communication strength: You bring a lot of team spirit and communication strength to work successfully across the field Language Awareness: You can safely master the German language in word and writing
