in full time at the Gottmadingen site.

Head and organisation of the Technical Service department including after-sales area Personnel development: further training and promotion of employees Technical support: Analysis and solution of technical problems in rental and sales facilities (telephone and remote) Support for sales regions and central sales in complex technical enquiries, offers and projects

clarification of technical questions on rental equipment and accessories Data and Process Management: Maintenance and Monitoring of Technical Data in the ERP System Creation of statistics on disturbances to optimize the product world

Disorder Management: Acceptance and First Assessment of Technical Disorders Coordination of solutions in cooperation with regional technology teams commissioning of external partners and monitoring of troubleshooting

After-sales and maintenance: construction and organization of maintenance contracts for special plants sold Repair, maintenance and warranty cases

Product development: Participation in the further development of the product portfolio Ready to call: Organization / Responsibility and participation in 24/7 telephone readiness Other activities related to the position

Complete technical training and/or further training in the installation craft (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), electrical engineering mechatronics, for example to the technician electrical engineering, technician mechatronics, technicians heating, ventilation, air conditioning (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or comparable Alternatively completed commercial training and/or training with technical background, for example to the technical operator (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or comparable Safe handling of current MS Office applications Good to advanced English knowledge in word and writing Embossed entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented action High affinity for technical devices and electronic components Funded leadership experience with responsibility awareness Embossed team skills and cooperative working High loadability and ability to act sovereign even under pressure
