Order processing (processing of customer orders) Document management (archiving, digitalization) Data management (data and ERP system maintenance) Shipping process (transport organisation, delivery receipts) General correspondence and administrative activities Management and organisation of office operations Support for debitor and creditor accounting Support for auditing and accounting

Completed commercial training or comparable Good knowledge of MS Office Knowledge in dealing with ERP or commodity management systems desirable Self-employed, careful and reliable operation Willingness to diverse activities Basic to medium English skills Team skills and intercultural competence (cooperation in an international team)
