The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions.

Your tasks

• You have the opportunity to actively participate in the development and design of IT processes, to take responsibility there and to communicate proactively with stakeholders at different levels throughout the entire group of companies.
• You support our colleagues (m/w/d) in the project execution in Service Reliability Management as well as in the day-to-day business that arises.
• You participate in consulting the Service Reliability Management Process in the entire group of companies and act as an important communication partner for internal departments.
• You support our team in various interface areas such as the Incident Management or the Escalation Management and promote exchange with these teams.
• You evaluate and validate new system requirements through critical testing and confirmation of the need and the feasibility of new requirements for the existing system.
• You develop detailed concepts for mapping and optimizing business processes within the system landscape.

Your profile

• You have a degree in business information technology or similar courses and practical experience with ITIL processes and/or experience with data structures.
• You are motivated to develop new complex relationships and gain experience in challenging projects.
• It is important for you to consider different perspectives and requirements and to think in processes.
• You have pronounced analytical and conceptual skills and are a communication talent.
• You are very safe in handling MS Office and Google Workspace.
• You bring very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
• Knowledge of the ServiceNow environment is advantageous.
