As a trainee in the field of digital production engineering at Mercedes-Benz, you actively shape the future of our production at the Sindelfingen site. Your mission is to advance the digitization of processes and products to enable efficient industrialization and the smooth introduction of complex vehicle models. You work on projects with clearly defined KPIs and use state-of-the-art digital tools to monitor and continuously improve production performance. Through the seamless integration of new model derivatives, you make an important contribution to Operational Excellence and make sure that our production continues to set standards in the future. This position offers you the opportunity to combine technology and innovation, gain deep insights into production and make a real contribution to the production of tomorrow's vehicles.

Master, MBA or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Economic Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Informatics, Systems Engineering, Vehicle Technology or in a comparable degree course

Maximum 3 years of professional experience (outside the course)

At least 3 months of experience abroad (e.g. study, international internship, work & travel)

Impressed affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends

Very good German and English skills (min. C1), further language skills of advantage
