As a new field management, you will lead these units, create structures for effective project management and ensure that digital services and ICT solutions are developed and implemented in a precise manner.
Your tasks:
As a field manager in the field of ICT consulting, you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a dedicated team with currently 33 employees. They guide, accompany and promote employees in four teams and provide a motivating and cooperative working atmosphere. Together, you are responsible for the operational implementation of the urban digital strategy, the consulting of the areas in ICT issues, as well as the inclusion, evaluation and prioritization of ICT requirements, with a view to the urban service catalogue and the ICT portfolio. The management and implementation of diverse ICT projects also include standardized solutions such as Microsoft products, AI-based processes, SAP and specific specialist applications for individual departments and online services in the urban service portal.
