Project Coordinator (m/f/d)

As a project coordinator (m/w/d), you are responsible for the technical responsibility of multiple subprojects and selected projects focusing on manufacturing & production, taking into account displacements, dates, quality and costs The definition, planning and monitoring of the implementation of economic manufacturing concepts, and compliance with material flow, workplace requirements and production processes is in your hands You conduct responsible analyses of different requirements and the production of technical or economic specifications at FE for e.g. new products, manufacturing processes, equipment or capacity adjustments by The identification of the project-relevant time and cost-effectiveness consideration as well as active cooperation in the implementation of improvement processes and the creation of project presentations or decision templates is your responsibility You work very closely and coordinated with other project teams and manufacturing agreements You are responsible for coordinating and controlling internal and external interfaces You are responsible for the implementation and compliance of the technical subproject objectives and project implementation You shall report to higher-level relevant bodies The independent clarification and evaluation of technical and, if necessary, commercial issues in cooperation with specialist departments and external bodies is another part of your activity You design and work with all project planning activities in compliance with corporate standards and guidelines, such as relocation or rebuilding measures, Identification of inefficiencies in the manufacturing process and independent initiation of projects in coordination with different interfaces (e.g. quality, lean. You have a successfully completed study of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, vehicle engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification in the technical field You have many years of experience in manufacturing planning, factory planning or process optimization In addition, you have multi-year and relevant professional experience project management You have a very good technical understanding and commercial understanding Very good English skills in word and writing are ideal You have high readiness to travel in Germany and abroad Military training or military experience are advantageous Convince us with your analytical, structured and independent working Knowledge of the programs SAP, MS Office, Jira / Confluence, MS Project and Layout System are desirable Experiences in low volume / high mix production environment and change management and transformation are desirable Your ability to prioritize, your communication skills, enforcement and self-initiative complete your profile
