Planning and management of MRP parameters to ensure 100% availability of goods Coordination of production orders and identification of potential bottlenecks (MHD, Slow Moving Items, seasonal fluctuations) in close coordination with production and purchasing Creation and maintenance of rolling sales planning for reducing setup times and for optimal control of internal capacities inventory management and optimization of finished goods stocks taking into account economic requirements in close coordination with controlling Identification of cost-saving potentials and unused opportunities to increase efficiency and improve profit from Supply Chain View Development of sales forecasts / forecasts in close cooperation with sales and marketing Organisation and optimization of the team structure and internal processes First contact for further areas of expertise as well as professional leadership and further development of the Demand Planning Team

Complete studies in the field of business management, supply chain management or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in Demand Planning, Scheduling, Production Planning or Supply Chain Management Solid understanding of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Suite, especially Excel Analytical thinking and experience in handling forecasting methods Communication strength and ability to cross-departmental cooperation Structured, proactive operation with high problem-solving competence Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
