Authorisation and monitoring of management operations, in particular: compilation of documents relating to contracts for the management of the property and the technical field of the property(s) Acquisition of offers and results (contracting) or Preparation of formal tenders and procurement including Preparation of procurement Creating performance directories and performance descriptions in coordination with the object managers/operators applying, detecting, checking and reporting the counter readings for current, gas and water as well as maintaining the energy meter/measurement points in the system or SAP Compilation and allocation of the costs of the own service personnel/examination of the proof of working time and submission after approval by the object management at OP due to the wage billing
