Master Steel Construction (m/f/d)

For our customers, an internationally active construction machine manufacturer in Hanover, we are looking for a master (m/w/d) of steel construction that leads a team and accompanies the introduction of automated production.

Control of steel construction: You are responsible for efficient, quality-oriented production processes and ensure that components and assemblies are manufactured on time Leadership and deployment planning: You run your team, distribute tasks, plan staff capacities and support the professional and personal development of your employees Automation and production optimization: You support the introduction of automated production systems, in particular welding robots, and work closely with the participating specialist areas. Production planning and project coordination: You coordinate workflows and agree with adjacent departments to implement new production orders and production processes Welding technology and quality assurance: You cooperate in the planning of complex welding assemblies and coordinate the operational welding supervision in coordination with the relevant welding specialists Budget and resource management: You plan and monitor the costs of your organizational unit and pay attention to the economic use of personnel, materials and resources Safety and plant availability: You ensure compliance with the work protection requirements, promote security awareness in the team and maintain maintenance measures as well as maintenance of tools

You have a completed, at least three-year vocational training in a relevant metal profession and a further training for the industrial master (m/w/d) of the metal department You bring experience in a comparable leadership position and have already taken responsibility for employees You have a profound knowledge of metal processing and welding technology, in particular in the areas of bending, rolling and welding You understand modern automation technologies and their use in industrial manufacturing processes, ideally also in the field of robot-assisted welding technology You convince by enforcing, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working You are characterized by ready-to-use, flexibility and the ability to keep track of changing requirements Your strong communication skills as well as your social and intercultural competencies will support you in successful cooperation with employees and adjacent disciplines.
