Switching and rolling:

Your duties

• Ensuring the proper and timely pay/content settlement taking into account the current laws
• Maintenance of the time recording system incl. Employer Self Service as well as correction of working and missing times
• Support of HR Manager in administrative activities such as communication with the works council, entry and exit processes, internal suspensions
• Advising executives and employees in HR topics
• Contact for authorities, health insurance companies and external service providers
• Compilation of statistics for reporting e.g. inability to work, monthly figures
• Processing of applications received (communication and appointment)
• Certificate creation with the help of a certificate generator
• Support or representation in training management

Dynamics without idling:

Your profile

• Completed commercial or legal training or studies
• Multiannual professional experience in human resources
• Self-employed and well-organized work
• Very good knowledge of German, ideally English for internal use
• Secure handling of MS Office programs
• Knowledge of social security and pay tax law
