Dispatcher / Forwarding Agent (m/f/d)

As a producer organisation, we are a reliable partner of vegetable farms from different regions of Germany. Our partner companies produce fruit and vegetables at the highest level in conventional and organic farming. As a modern service provider, we refine, commission and pack the products of our farms directly on site or in our own production facilities and distribute the goods to our customers, in particular the German food retailers, as desired via our established national logistics network. At our locations in Neckarsulm and Soest, 130 colleagues work together daily to be there for our customers and partner companies. To support our team in Neckarsulm we are looking for you Disponent / Speditionskaufmann/-frau (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

You monitor the handling, in particular compliance with daily delivery dates and the timely delivery of the consignments You are always in close contact with our customers and suppliers You create and check the relevant shipping documents and edit complaints Collaboration with colleagues from the adjacent areas in the company as well as processing of commercial and administrative tasks in the MRP In addition, you are the first contact person for our driver team

A completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) We look forward to working experience from a comparable activity You speak German and have English skills You are happy to handle customers and suppliers and are happy to work in the team You are familiar with the current MS Office programs You work independently and reliably Personally convince with team skills, personal motivation as well as a service- and customer-oriented thinking and working method
