In an integrated corporate finance unit, from a diverse range of products starting with consulting, e.g. in Financial & Rating Advisory, ESG Advisory, or our sector experts, to exciting transactions in the M&A, debt/bond, equity capital markets, corporate credit, acquisition finance and ABS sector. You accompany both the strategic dialogue and the development and implementation of individual financing solutions for medium-sized business customers to internationally active companies. In addition, you can also creatively introduce yourself to future projects in the area and the bank and benefit from a dynamic and modern working environment as well as attractive development opportunities - during the trainee program and also beyond, e.g. within the framework of talent programs, women's network, etc.

Holistic: Corporate Finance's broad range of services determines your future tasks. You will get to know the complete corporate finance product range, from the accompaniment of the strategic dialogue with the corporate customer advisors: inside and out the key account manager: the accompaniment of new customer acquisitions to the structuring and implementation of large financing transactions. A varied daily routine awaits you, where you will not only get to know the corporate finance product range for large corporates, key accounts and corporate customers on-the-job. Your personal and professional skills are further rounded off by the accompanying seminar program and strengthen your skills in negotiation management, appearance and presentation techniques as well as in company analysis, financial modeling and credit assessment. Future-oriented: : Our environment is constantly developing and with it also important requirements. You love progress and stay on current topics in corporate finance up to date, such as sustainable finance or digitalization. In addition, you are driving the Corporate Finance area further in strategic projects. Networked: Together we achieve more, so a strong internal network is important. You'll be contacting the various corporate finance units as well as relevant product units such as leasing, international business or financial markets - a very good network for your activity and your further professional development.

Qualified: You have completed economic or legal studies. Experiences: You have already gained relevant experience in the field of corporate customers or advice from internships or work students - ideally also abroad.
