Bachelor or equivalent degree of architecture or civil engineering Mind. 3-year professional experience in the development of construction projects ideally in all phases of the HOAI Good knowledge of relevant laws, standards, guidelines and regulations (e.g. VOB, VgV, HOAI, AHO, LBO, DIN 276, DIN 277, DIN 18040, ASR, DGUV, fire protection regulations) Construction-specific software knowledge (e.g. BUILDUP AVA or the like) Good MS-Office or comparable Impressive team skills and analytical and conceptual skills independentness, safe occurrence and negotiation skills Very good communication skills in German
