As a central contact person, you advise our employees and executives competently on all issues relating to salary, taxes and social security. You create all personal documents from the work contract to contract changes to certificates and you are responsible for the digital personal file management. You manage the entire reporting and certification and are the interface to health insurance companies, authorities and social security institutions. You actively participate in the further development of our HR processes and introduce your ideas to optimize processes

You have a completed commercial training, ideally with a further training in the field of personnel or pay billing. Thanks to your professional experience, you have a well-founded knowledge of wage tax, social security and labour law. You are versed in dealing with a common accounting system and MS Office applications, especially Excel. A high level of care, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility characterize your structured work. As a communicative and service-oriented personality, you are an esteemed contact person for the team and convince with very good German skills.
