In a team, You serve the employees in technology and administration and science with the following priorities: Processing of all personnel measures from recruitment to excretion using the provisions of collective bargaining and labour law incl. Participation Responsibility and support of the entire recruitment process from the call to the recruitment process Contact person for employees on questions about their employment relationship and advice of managers in personnel matters Job evaluation and grouping according to the pay order of the TV-L Creation of work contracts and examination of deadlines Creation of personnel cost calculations Cooperation on projects and the continuous development of our processes Creation and evaluation of personnel statistics

Completed university studies (Bachelor) of the administrative, economic or legal sciences or completed three years of commercial training with several years of professional experience in public service collective bargaining Very good knowledge of labour law Knowledge of public service tariff law is desirable Safe knowledge of personnel management systems (ideally MACH) or the willingness to acquire them Very good German knowledge (C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level) Embossed IT affinity and very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel Self-employed, careful and cooperative work High level of social competence as well as good organization and time management
