Plant operator - Filling plants / Production (m/f/d)

In doing so, a total of 350 employees in logistics, central, research & development are doing great and ensure a smooth running. You are responsible for the smooth operation of our modern filling systems – from professional equipment to operation to precise adjustment of the parameters. You monitor the ongoing production process and ensure that our high quality standards are complied with by continuous controls. You take over the regular maintenance and maintenance of the machines to guarantee their longevity and trouble-free production. You organize the material inventory in your work area and ensure a smooth delivery for filling. In close cooperation with your team, you will troubleshoot and actively bring ideas to process improvement.

You have a completed training as a machine and plant leader (m/w/d) or a production-related technical training, e.g. as a chemical agent (m/w/d). You bring technical understanding and enjoy practical work with machines. Physical fitness and a pronounced team spirit are yours. Good knowledge of German in word and writing are required for smooth communication in the team.
