Number: MER0003LTO In the Mercedes-Benz plant in Bremen, we are building a variety of fascinating products that bring the entire know-how of Mercedes-Benz into a unique form. Here the cars of the Mercedes-Benz C-Class limousine and T-model, CLE-Cabriolet and Coupé, EQE, GLC Coupé as well as the AMG-SL and AMG-GT of the band are running - and about 300,000 times a year. We owe this to the skills and commitment of over 11,000 employees here at the Bremen site. We are: The Team Program & Labor Control Bremen ensures that the right employees are always in use at the right time at the Bremen site. Our focus is on the procurement of flexible labour, such as holiday workers and employee transfers. At the same time, we support and advise the factory management to design the personnel deployment planning efficiently and on a future-oriented basis. In addition, we are actively involved in exciting HR projects, for example around the securing of young people for our work. With us, you have the chance to immerse yourself in practice, take responsibility and introduce your own ideas.

Now we are looking for you as a support for our team! These challenges come to you: Working as a contact person*in and interface in the communication between specialist and service providers Coordination and implementation of personnel measures (e.g. settings, extensions, transfers) Self-preparation and implementation of the setting days of flexible employees (plant workers & employee transfers) Creating presentations in PowerPoint as well as performing analyses and Excel evaluations Participation in regular communication between the departments and the personnel department Participation in various HR projects The internship can start from August 2025.

Ideally, you should bring this: Course in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology or Comparable Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working
