To further expand a future-oriented IT landscape, he is now looking for you as Team Lead IT (m/w/d) | Business Process & ERP Management. In this role you report directly to the managing director.

Reorganisation of the IT landscape | Strategy - Architecture - Governance Team management: management and coordination of a small IT team (currently 2 MA) Strategy: further development of IT strategy and IT architecture and data structure Process optimization: further development of the process landscape in the field of ERP IT governance: Establishing a cross-system governance model IT security & data protection: Ensuring IT security and data integrity including data protection and information security Project management: Planning and implementation of commercial IT projects Group Policy: Compliance with Group-wide Group Procedures and Disclosure of Local Policy & Procedure Statements Interface Management: Leading interface management to the relevant headquarters functions Training: Support and training of employees in IT questions Team development: leadership, mentoring and further development of the IT department

IT generalist on the way to leadership responsibility Academic training: completed studies in computer science or comparable qualifications Management claim: Professional experience as an IT generalist and lust for the next career step Application competence: Experience in the interaction of ERP, CRM and other applications (preferably MS Dynamics 365, PIM systems etc.) System and process understanding: Methodology competence in the establishment of business processes (Procure 2 Pay, Purchase 2 Order etc.) Network & IT Security: Knowledge in Network Technologies, Server Administration and IT Security Communication: Very good English knowledge for international exchange, strong communication and presentation skills Leadership Competences: Strategic and Analytical Thinking Power, Leader with Leadership, Persuasive Power, Team Spirit, Service Orientation, Problem Solving Competence
