Logistics Clerk - Inventory Management / Control (m/f/d)

For our new European-DC location in Meppen we are looking for you as: Staff (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in the positional cycle. As an operating specialist (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you are part of our Operations Support team.

Stock and Difference Management: You check bookings on differences, verify article data and balance shipping documents in the warehouse management system. Complaint and Damage Treatment: You take the independent clarification of inventory deviations and the professional handling of damages. Administrative logistics control: You are responsible for the processing of accompanying papers and control the avisation of incoming flows of goods. Interface Coordination: You act as a central contact person (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for external partners and coordinates smooth cooperation at the logistics interfaces. Process documentation: You will ensure complete documentation of internal processes to ensure transparency and quality standards.

IT-Affinity: Secure handling of MS Office and ideally (first) experience with warehouse management systems (LVS/WMS). Analytical strength: Embossed numerical understanding paired with a systematic procedure. Language competence: communication-proof German and English knowledge in word and writing. Practical expertise: Insufficient experience in the logistics environment or a comparable position.
