We, the Children's and Youth Club "Café Conti" from TJW, are an open child and youth institution in the heart of Schöndorf / Weimar. We offer children and adolescents a place where they can spend and design their spare time. We see ourselves as a companion, conveyor, and impulse generator in their life worlds. Our work is based on the principles of openness, low-swellness, need orientation, life-world orientation and participation. The Team Jugendarbeit Weimar is a project in the association of the children's association Weimar e.V. and the foundation Dr. Georg Haar.

From now on (from 01.07.2026 indefinitely) we are looking for a social-pedagogical specialist m/w/d with university or equivalent degree for the participation of a pioneering child and youth work in an open child and youth institution.

Tasks

 Work with children and adolescents at the Café Conti Youth Club in the various fields of action (social, social and ecological education, youth work in sports, game and sociality, community-oriented youth work etc.)

 Close cooperation with various cooperation partners

 Development, planning, implementation and evaluation of offers, projects and events

 Qualitative documentation of pedagogical work

 Cooperation with partners in the field of work and in the community in the sense of a critical partyity for the target group

 Guide of volunteers and interns

 Participation in team consulting, exams and supervisions

 Continuous training in the main tasks
