Tasks

• independent machining of workpieces on conventional lathes according to the drawing
• Roughening, setting up and operating a CNC lathe (Siemens Sinumerik 840D)
• Verification of manufactured parts with measuring means and ensuring dimensional accuracy
• Maintenance and maintenance of machines in the context of daily work

Requirements

• Training as CNC lathe, lathe, industrial mechanic, machining mechanic, precision mechanics
• good knowledge of conventional turning
• good knowledge of CNC turning
• ideally knowledge of programming with Sinumerik 840D
• good knowledge in reading construction drawings
