Front Desk Manager (Hotel) (m/f/d)

You run the reception team and ensure clear tasks and smooth operations in the daily business. You are responsible for the processing and maintenance of bookings and reservations. You enter our guests from check in to check out and are a contact person for questions and wishes. You answer telephone and written questions and forward them to the relevant employees if necessary. You accept reservations for our restaurant and vote with the restaurant team. For complete shift transfers and a good flow of information between reception and other departments. You support your team in running operation and take services at the reception.
