Strategist for covering space requirements (191/2026) (m/f/d)

As a strategist:in (w/m/d) You take the central responsibility for covering the area needs of the public administration departments of Bremen from an economic point of view. This means: You are the first respondent for strategic considerations and specific area requirements for certain departments. Develop and define strategies for area coverage. You develop real estate projects based on inventories and ensure that You are economical. In the context of implementation decisions, You agree with authorities within the Bremic administration and support other services in deciding their area coverage. You commission, coordinate and accompany the project implementation in the operational areas at Immobilien Bremen. You are the central contact person for real estate matters for political bodies, for councils and in local offices.

Required: You have a successfully completed university degree (Bachelor or Dipl.-Ing. (FH)) in the field of real estate management, architecture, urban planning, spatial planning and regional planning, or a successfully completed training as a real estate specialist (w/m/d). You bring several years of professional experience in the real estate industry. Their knowledge of German according to at least level C1 according to the common European reference framework (GER).

Advantage: You have experience in the development of real estate projects and/or the control of site relocation concepts. You have already been able to gain professional experience in public administration or in comparable public institutions. You are characterized by a pronounced communication and team capacity as well as organisational strength and self-initiative. Strategic, targeted and self-responsible thinking and action are of course for you. You can convince others well from your visions and achieve sustainable solutions through negotiations. Safe handling of standard software such as Word, Excel, Power Point is self-evident.

At the next possible time, the body must be filled in full time with 39 hours per week. Payment is made after/to the 12 TVöD VKA fee group. The job is suitable for a part-time occupation.
