You will process public tenders (according to UVgO / VgV) as well as procedures of dual systems - from the statutory audit to the final bid fee. You coordinate closely with regional leaders to create timely, strategically thought-out offers. You conduct communication with award points in a sovereign and solution-oriented manner. You systematically submit our tendering databases and competitive overviews. You calculate price slip clauses and participate in the further development of our competitor database. You support the team in the implementation of won tenders and in the digitization and optimization of contract management. In addition, you work closely with colleagues on site and with international stakeholders to further develop our product portfolio. Multiannual experience in the field of Tender Office as well as sound knowledge in procurement law (UVgO / VgV). Strong organizational skills, coupled with pronounced communication strength in handling internal and external interfaces. You work structured, think analytic and keep an overview under time pressure. You are a team player and actively contribute to joint projects. Ideally, you know the peculiarities of our industry.
