The Max Planck Institute for Medical Research is one of 84 institutes and research centers of the Max Planck Society (MPG) for the advancement of science. Our focus is on basic medical research. The successful candidate should have: completed vocational training as a technical assistant (CTA), laboratory assistant in physics, engineering or chemistry or a comparable scientific education practical laboratory experience in the fields of physics and chemistry practical laboratory experience in the working with polymers, colloids & nanoparticles or battery research excellent organizational and communication skills, high flexibility and team spirit independent, goal-oriented, analytical way of working very good written and oral communication skills in German and English willingness to acquire knowledge in new areas and to contribute creatively to the further development of the research focus
