As Manager Communication (m/w/d) Social Media and Digital you are responsible for the strategic support, development and positioning of the company's social media channels. The focus is on target group-oriented orientation of channels, formats and content along the corporate and communication strategy. You develop a targeted social media strategy, maintain our social media channels and develop them further You design and implement social media campaigns and formats for brand and corporate communications You prepare complex topics in a comprehensible way and create targeted content You are part of the newsroom and control the playout of the social media content in interaction with the other communication channels You coordinate internal stakeholders and control external service providers, agencies and content partners You analyze the performance on the channels, create reports and guide recommendations You support the planning and implementation of digital and AI projects for corporate communication

Complete master's degree in the field of communication, social or human sciences, marketing or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience and comprehensive know-how in social media and digital communication Enthusiasm for the current developments in AI and social media as well as a fundamental technical understanding Used in the development and implementation of digital campaigns and formats such as videos and podcasts Excellent team spirit and joy in developing communication in one of the leading German energy companies
