Civil Engineer as Supplement Manager

At the next time we are looking for you as a civil engineer:in as a follow-up manager for major projects S6, ABS Hanau Gelnhausen (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at Frankfurt am Main site. Your tasks:

You take responsibility for the contract and follow-up management of construction and engineering projects (for large projects S6 and ABS Hanau Gelnhausen) and control the relevant processes Check detailed supplements for completeness, basis of claim, plausibility and economic relevance while evaluating all relevant information To obtain expert opinions, evaluate deviations from the contract and prepare for negotiations, where you are actively involved Prepare and accompany follow-up negotiations in consultation with Purchasing, Legal Department and Project Management while you take over the coordination You make sure that processes in follow-up management take place in a timely and qualitatively high quality and continuously optimize them. Collect and maintain contracts and supplements in relevant IT systems (e.g. iTWO, DOXIS), while ensuring data quality You analyze selected contract data to identify opportunities and risks at an early stage Work closely with project management, purchasing and other areas of expertise to minimise yield risks and to protect unjustified claims

Your profile:

You have a degree in engineering, economic engineering, legal sciences or a comparable qualification Bringing knowledge of contract management and follow-up management, ideally from the construction or infrastructure industry Be familiar with relevant legal bases (e.g. VOB, BGB, HOAI) and apply them in practice Experience with SAP, iTWO, DOXIS and be safe to use MS Office Analytical and structured work, show enforcement ability and bring negotiation skills Be able to team and communicate and take responsibility for their own tasks Ideally, you have a valid class B driver's license and a car
